E2Impact - Model for environmental assessment of plants and infrastructures

E²Impact is a model supporting the evaluation of energy consumption, emissions and effects of microscale measures (single plant, single infrastructure) with respect to greenhouse gases and major air, water and soil pollutants.

E²Impact allows for a rapid energy evaluation and emissions inventory for a plant or an infrastructure (a preliminary and consistent assessment of pollutants quantities emitted into the environment). 

E²Impact is structured so that it:

• Inserts directly emissions (as measured or evaluated by the management of the plant or infrastructure);

• Estimates emissions from quantitative data on the activity considered and appropriate emission factors contained in our database model.
